Becoming an Executive Coach and Consultant was a seamless fit with my skill set—communicator, motivator, innovator, solution agent. It’s also the culmination of a gratifying (albeit unconventional) career path.
From launching Fendi boutiques for Neiman Marcus to developing first-of-their-kind international museum exhibitions, I’ve always focused on what’s new and what’s next. As founder and CEO of BBH/Clear Channel Exhibitions, over 100 million guests visited our state-of-the-art family experiences.
Other career milestones include building a multi-million dollar luxury jewelry company and reimagining retail operations for Carnival Cruise Line brands. I also spearheaded marketing, brand development and sponsorships for the world’s first asteroid mining venture.
Combined, this experience prepared me for my current role of coach and consultant. For training, I went directly to the crème de la crème to earn my certification: the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.
At the heart of its teaching is that effective coaching goes beyond the analytical and strategic. It encompasses insight, mindfulness and self-discovery with outcome.
As a coach and consultant, I am able to channel my business acumen in a new direction. Meaningful relationships are key, whether that’s interfacing with people one-on-one or securing alliances with globally-acclaimed companies and institutions.
Inevitably, the professional and personal overlap. Change energizes me. Challenge motivates me. I’ve run marathons, dived in the Maldives, swam with Galapagos sharks—even summited Kala Patthar near Mount Everest. Coaching brings the journey full circle.
My goal is to be the catalyst for people to become their best selves. I think of it as purposeful transformation. A process of exploration, growth and achievement. The closer you get to envisioning your path, the more fulfilled you can be in the workplace and beyond.
